Our Story
At NandosHotBox, our journey began in the heart of the kitchen, where I learned the art of cooking from my grandmother and mother. From a young age, I found joy in cooking for others and spent countless hours perfecting recipes and creating new dishes.
Our humble beginnings trace back to the Spring Valley swap meet, where we started by selling burritos. The positive response from our community encouraged us to expand, leading to pop-up events, and eventually selling at local bars and breweries. Today, you can find NandosHotBox at farmers markets, large festivals, and even whole selling those same delicious burritos to coffee shops.
In July of this year, I made the bold decision to resign from my corporate job in program management to fully dedicate myself to NandosHotBox. This leap of faith has allowed us to focus on bringing our passion for cooking to more people and continue growing our business. We recently obtained our MEHKOS permit to sell food from home and have been able to reach many new customers. Whether you meet us at a pop up or buy food from our home kitchen you know that the food is going to be delicious since perfection is our passion and we strive to make every bite of our menu a memorable experience.
Join us on this delicious journey and taste the love and dedication in every bite!
